This is a vintage Japan Hello Kitty swivel desk caddy and it was made in the 1970s. It has a cute little red bow on the cover and two tiers with a swivel mechanism.
As this is a very vintage product, it has signs of wear and tear like scratches, dirt marks, smudges, discolouration, yellowing and so on. The white portions have turned yellow over time and after some minor clean-up, some stubborn dirt stains remain in the inside compartments. Please look at all photos carefully.
