Shipping & Returns Policy 

Due to the worldwide coronavirus situation, both domestic/Singapore and international shipping has been drastically delayed because of border closures, and reduced manpower in post offices.

  • Once we receive your order, we will send you an email to confirm your purchase. Please note that we do NOT accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

  • All orders are shipped from Singapore via Singapore Post. We do not ship by FedEx, USP, DHL or other carriers. 

  • We ship from Singapore and international mail to the rest of the world takes anything from 7 working days (when the postman is on steroids) to 28 working days (when the postman has been kidnapped by aliens). However, shipping has been drastically delayed worldwide due to the coronavirus situation and can sometimes take up to more than 30 days now. We seek your kind understanding on this. 

  • Domestic mail within Singapore takes anything from 3 working days to 5 working days. But it can also take longer now due to the coronavirus situation.

  • All orders are shipped within five working days from date of purchase (sometimes, even within the same day!).

  • We only ship with the registered mail option. Once we have shipped your purchase, we will send you an email with your tracking number. 

  • If tracking information shows that your purchase has arrived in your country, we are not able to offer a refund. This is because Singapore Post only offers tracking until the point when the parcel reaches your country's mail processing HQ. From there on, it is not able to locate exactly where your package is as it travels around your country to reach your city/state/town. Please check with your local post office branch to enquire about your parcel as it is sometimes left in the post office and not delivered to your address. 

  • We are, however, happy to refund you the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping) if your parcel is unfortunately rerouted back to us in Singapore. 

  • All prices are in US$.

  • Shipping costs include registered mail fees, handling and packaging costs. They do NOT include your country/city’s specific goods and services/customs taxes which you may be billed by your country’s postal service or customs department separately (depending on existing laws and value of your purchase).

  • Items cannot be reserved. 

  • There is an option to include your contact number when you place your order. Please only do so if you are okay with us including your contact number on your shipping label (so that your local post office can contact you in the event of a failed delivery).

  • We do NOT offer returns or refunds. Please read all product descriptions carefully. As most of our items are vintage products, please always give some leeway for minor scratches or smudges or signs of wear and tear which we will always try to describe as precisely as we can in the descriptions.
