Call me uninformed but at first, I thought this was a waist pouch! It's a vintage pencil case (or pouch) with an elastic band that you can strap over a file or folder so you don't lose it along the way to class or work!

This is most likely from the 1990s or earlier.

As this is a vintage product, please expect signs of wear and tear including dirt marks, yellowing, smudges, discolouration and so on. There are also some fresh pen marks on the inside. Please look at all photos carefully.

Measures about 26cm long by 9cm wide.
