Remember when your school wallet was one of these cuties and not a Louis Vuitton or a Chanel?

This is a new unused 1980s Japan kids’ wallet purse. It is made of a pink plaid fabric. On the front there is a fabric patch of three sailor boys. When you open the wallet, you get a slot compartment plus a Personal Memo card that allows you to paste your photo ID as well as pencil down your important details like your vital statistics and your shoe size! Talk about privacy laws!

The back of the wallet has a transparent slot and in this, a piece of paper says that this was made in Japan in 1984.

As this is a very vintage product, please expect some signs of wear and tear including yellowing, discolouration, scratches and smudges (on the plastic portions) and so on. Some of the inside stitches are also not sewn perfectly straight. Please look at all photos carefully.

Measures about 11.5cm by 8.5cm when closed; 17cm long when open.
